My experience with everyone at Window Depot has been beyond my expectations! I called several other companies & they were at least 4 months out on installations. Patsy was my first contact, & she was super nice and very helpful. She scheduled an appointment with the sales rep for the next day. Heath was on time and presented my options honestly and professionally. He didn't give the usual 2 hr "fluff" presentation I have had with previous sales reps. He answered all my questions and set up a visit with Don for later that afternoon. Don came out to get final measurements & Patsy ordered my door right away. I can't say enough good things about this company. I have never had service this efficient, and I am very grateful. I can't wait to get my door in 4-6 weeks. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation!!
